# Braai Yellowtail / Cob
Ingredients:
Yellowtail or Cob – scaled and flecked
Fishalicious Fish Spice
Fishalicious Snoek Braai Sauce
Method:
Lightly sprinkle our famous Fishalicious Fish Spice or salt over the yellowtail / cob.
Place the fish on the braai. Baste it liberally with our snoek sauce whilst on the braai.
Once the fish are cooked, remove from braai and enjoy with salad or other side dishes.
# Braai Prawns
Ingredients:
Argentinian Pink Prawns or Vannemei Prawns- defrosted and deveined
Bottle of Italian vinaigrette
Fishalicious Snoek Braai Sauce
Method:
Soak the prawns in the italian vinaigrette for 15 minutes. This will ensure the prawns are juicy once cooked and not dry out on the braai. Drain from the vinaigrette and place on braai. Whilst cooking, liberally baste with the snoek sauce until cooked.
Take off the braai and enjoy whilst hot.
